1. Open Convene for Windows
2. Choose Options under the Online menubar.
3. Click the hosts icon.
4. Choose Internet under defined connections.
5. On the basic tab, make sure there is an X by Primary connection
6. Click OK, close, close.
7. Close Convene and reopen it and now try to go online via the Internet.
